Two Exclusive stone villas near Fethiye with hotel sized swimming pool. The pool has been specifically designed to enjoy the mountain views while swimming. Large enough for all the family to have pleasure in.
The villas are ideal for people who wish to experience a taste of real Turkey on their holiday. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind leaving all stresses and strains of modern life behind.

Situated in a small but welcoming village, there are fields and beautiful scenery surrounding villas. The local people are generous and often offer guests items from their trees or locally grown produce.
Near 2 fantastic beaches: Patara and Olu Deniz. Restaurants within 10 min's drive, 35 min's to Fethiye. There is an indescribable tranquility at the villas.
Peaceful Location with Plenty of Things to Explore and To Do
Each house (110 metres sq.) has been designed to high specification with amazing stone interior walls.
Comfortable air conditioned living room with fire feature, open plan room with separate dining area seating 6 leading to fully fitted kitchen all facilities.
Leading through French doors onto patio area. There are tables and chairs on the balcony of each villa for outdoor dining.
Large air conditioned master bedroom with en suite facilities including bath. French doors to a wonderful patio area with view of pool, garden and mountains.
2 good sized twin bedrooms, with free standing fans. Separate shower/toilet room.

As the villas are made of stone they are warmer in Winter and cooler in Summer, with high ceilings and tiled floors throughout. Solar power water system. New for 2007 hydraulic water pressure system fitted to ensure excellent pressure. Pressure can be really low, at times, in Turkey.
Turkish mobile phone available for calls. Music system, and separate ipod speakers to listen to your own music. TV to watch DVD's. DVD's for all the family.
For additional entertainment there are plenty of family and adult board games, to suit all ages. Our guests have loved them. There are a number of talking books for people to listen to while enjoying our fabulous views also a wide variety of books for people to read.
Outside shared facilities (shared only between the villas): Large garden area around the fantastic 16 metre length swimming pool. Superb with people having spent many enjoyable hours swimming playing and enjoying these facilities.
Sun loungers and umbrellas available. Lovely traditional stone BBQ.
Some inflatable outdoor games provided as well as inflatable's and play things for swimming pool provided.
Situated in a working village and there are a number of fields surrounding villas, the local people often offer guests items from their trees or locally grown produce. Which has always been much appreciated. Garden landscaped in early 2007 with more flowers planted in 2008.
Covered patios great to relax in during the afternoon or spend an evening talking in comfort.
With so many things to do and see a 2 week holiday is just perfect, or a 2 centre holiday works really well being at a livelier resort the 1st week and relaxing at our villas for the 2nd.

Local amenities
Amenities within the village of Ortakoy: a short walk away, there are a few village shops selling basic provisions and Bekir, the shop owner, is very welcoming. Pharmacist in village.
On Wednesday there is a small weekly market selling fruit and vegetables. A kebab stall will be in the village market place a number of days a week. You can buy spit roast chicken from the people in our village.
A number of quality restaurants are short drive away, one in particular, in Oren, is on an island between 2 rivers and has fantastic locally caught or farmed trout, you eat the meal sitting over the river. The ambience is great.
The quaint and traditional town of Kemer is 6 miles away. It has a town square with shops, mini markets. There is a cash machine, post office, butcher. International phone boxes, internet cafe, bakers, and newly opened Tesko supermarkets.
A local dolmus (Mini-bus service) that operates from Kemer to Fethiye Town.
There is a good sized weekly market every Friday in Kemer where local produce of fruit and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs can be bought.
A lovely restaurant with a picturesque riverside setting located next to Kemer park area. Another restaurant has just opened overlooking the Kemer valley, which has a fantastic view and cool breezes in which to enjoy a lovely meal. The Lokantas has freshly prepared food and this is where the locals would eat - they will even do take away. Superb food.
Fethiye, an ancient and bustling town, with magnificent natural harbour, lovely sea views, and wonderful promenade with bars and restaurants, a great place to watch the world go by is only 30-40 minutes drive away.
There are plenty of restaurants and a variety of shops. With a variety of souvenir, leather, carpet and gold shopping. Excellent value for money.
You will find Turkey to be a very child friendly and safe environment, with low crime rates. They have just completed new children’s play areas in Fethiye near to the port. There are quiet areas for you to relax and enjoy this lovely environment.
The Tuesday market is a real must to see the fruit and veg market, a range of “designer labels “are available from many stalls.
Turkish food is held by many to be one of the world’s greatest cuisines. Dining is regarded as an occasion – unhurried, highly hospitable, and ceremonial!
Turkish bread is a staple as is the local variety called pide, similar to pizza. Soups, mezze and salads are plentiful as are kebabs and kofte or meatballs. There are a number of delicious fish dishes available in most cafes and the local specialty of stuffed vegetables.
Turkey is the only place we can think of where the quality of food goes up but the cost goes down.
Turkish wines are becoming quite popular and are generally cheap and tasty. You may wish to try one of the country’s favourite drink of raki – an aniseed based grape brandy.
Many people comment on how friendly and hospitable people of this unique country.
You can explore the wonderful Saklikent Gorge, we have 2 fabulous beaches nearby Patara has been voted in the best 10in the World, recently. Pure beach and sea as nature intended.
The well known Olu Deniz lagoon and beach that is well known to be used to advertise Turkey.
Other things to try on holiday for a day out Camel trekking horse riding, a day at the aqua park many archaeological places of interest. A Turkish bath is a must, the experience is heavenly.
