Icmeler Turkey

Icmeler is situated about eight kilometer's from the larger town and marinas of Marmaris. Set in a lovely bay where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean and with a backdrop of mountains and pine forests, this is a resort that visitors return to year after year.

Icmeler has lovely crescent of beach lapped by clear waters, and spectacular scenery in fact some of the best that Turkey's southwest coast has to offer. This is a purpose built resort, with plenty of excellent accommodation and good restaurants and bars; it has a small town atmosphere with its typically Turkish whitewashed houses and narrow winding streets.

Day time activities are centred around the beach which offers a wide range of watersports if you get tired of soaking up the sun. There is plenty to do in the warm Turkish evenings, a varied selection of restaurants serve Turkish and European Cuisine and there are plenty of lively bars and a couple of small night clubs for those wishing to stay out on the town to the early hours.
