A stylish 3 bed roomed detached villa situated in an idyllic location.
VILLA JASMINA is one of the 14 privately owned villas with in the fabulous award winning Myra community. Set around a large pool with an adjacent children’s pool shaded by pine trees. Each of the villas has their own private gardens. For your safety, security and assistance there is 24-hour management of the property complex. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you at anytime.
The villa has semi circular upper and lower terraces. SOUTH FACING. The upper terrace is equipped with wooden sun recliners, table, bench and sun parasol with fantastic views over the valley to nearby
Hisaronu and the surrounding pine forest. The lower terrace is an extremely pleasant place to eat alfresco and is equipped with a large elegant wrought iron table and 8 chairs. A small wall encloses the villa with wrought iron fence to the top. The garden is illuminated at night. Private parking for one car is available within the villa grounds.Inside Villa Jasmina.
On entering the villa you will find a stylish, open plan spacious home with every modern convenience. Fully fitted kitchen, light and airy with two separate doors leading onto the lower covered terrace, there is a built in BBQ for creating your own culinary delights. For your convenience there is a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs from the landing you can choose from two double bedrooms which both open up onto the upper terrace. The third bedroom is a single bedroom. There is a fully tiled shower room to this floor. The lounge has a double sofa bed to accommodate a further two people. AIR CONDITIONING is fitted to the lounge and to all the bedrooms.

A wonderful holiday awaits you, your family and friends. The harbour town of Fethiye nestles on the Mediterranean coast of ancient Lycia. There are some wonderful places to visit such as the Saklikent valley, some 44 km south of Fethiye. A cool refuge on hot sunny days. Perfect for a picnic with rustic restaurants serving delectable fresh trout, or take a boat trip to Butterfly Island, a memorable day out. For the more daring try your hand at paragliding at the world famous blue lagoon just 20 minutes away. You will be fascinated by a trip to the ghost town and the beauty of Kaya valley a village abandoned by the Greeks many years ago.
